What it does
An autonomous, polyglot data fabric for on-premise and sovereign enterprise systems, built with Thetanalytics. One .NET platform covers the whole data lifecycle: DAG pipeline orchestration with 32 pre-built industry pipelines (finance, HR, oil and gas), a graph-based ETL designer, a Data Quality Engine, the Autonomous Data Reliability Engine (ADRE), end-to-end lineage, natural-language data contracts, high-throughput migration into Apache HDFS, a governed internal data marketplace, digital twin, federated learning, synthetic data and event-sourced audit. AETOS, five autonomous AI agents (Guardian, Archivist, Optimizer, Analyst, Transformer) with tool-calling and a RAG knowledge layer, and a proprietary voice-control engine (HMM-GMM speech-to-text built from scratch in .NET) let operators run the platform by talking to it. Web, mobile, desktop and CLI clients.
Modular enterprise licensing benchmarked against Databricks and Snowflake: a typical dataPrime enterprise contract of ~$250,000 / yr replaces a warehouse, a pipeline tool, a quality/observability tool and a BI layer in one licence. Enterprises pay Databricks ~$234k and Snowflake ~$857k per year on average (SpendHound). Multi-year contracts, modular add-ons and a published pricing guide; positioned for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa and for government/defence buyers who need on-premise data sovereignty.
Databricks and Snowflake are cloud-only and bill by consumption; dataPrime runs on-premise with predictable licensing and, in Schaide's assessment, outcompetes both on scope. Autonomous reliability (ADRE), five built-in AI agents (AETOS), voice operation, a governed data marketplace, digital twin and federated learning ship in the box. One platform replacing four to seven siloed tools is a compelling TCO story; the voice engine, ADRE and AETOS are patent candidates.
